Admin Lockdown, Breaker Security Administrator

Of course my friends never had anything like this when it would open the Registry, CMD, gpedit, Folder Options etc., but the disabled as the admin? or even Run is also disabled? Maybe we have to fiddle with this is that the brain and so on. But now we do not need it because we can do with the ADMIN lockdown.
